Services/Deliveries CANNOT be scheduled more than 1 year in advance. But really…why would you?
**Pricing and Payment Acknowledgement
Services are billed as flat fees or package bundles. We do not prorate any fees or bundles. Bundles are on a “Per Month” basis and unused hours does not carry over to the next month. Payment is required before services. Purchases made on behalf of the Client (groceries, household items) will be reimbursed separately upon receipt.
Accepted payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, ApplyPay, Square, Zelle, Stripe, PayPal, Cash or CashApp. Checks are NOT accepted. For the safety of CherryGo Team Members, cashless transactions are preferred.
**Cancellation/Refund Policy**
Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. If We arrive and the service cannot be completed due to unavailability, on-arrival refusals/no-shows, the full-service fee will apply. No refunds if we arrive and you simply “changed your mind” or feel you no longer need the errand/delivery.
We provide basic & simple tech services. If the tech service is beyond the scope of our abilities and requires a professional with more in-depth knowledge and expertise, the client will be advised so. If the tech service requires a professional, full payment will still be expected for our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service of unsafe or inappropriate requests. We will not subject any Team Member to illegal, criminal or unethical acts. We also reserve the right to refuse service if a CherryGo Team Member feels unsafe and/or threatened. This refusal is at the discretion of the team member given the situation at the time of refusal.
Before booking, you will be required to sign a Service Agreement with regard to all terms and conditions.
